Project Description:
PRT worked alongside a development consortium to develop an ideation of a mixed-use, sustainable, and connected sub-neighborhood adjacent to the future $1 billion IU Health campus north of downtown Indianapolis. PRT developed a proprietary development yield efficiency coefficient to help developers understand what best suits a site based on acreage, built environment, and market demand.
